2. Description of Service
SnipViz AI provides AI-powered video clipping, automatic vertical reframing, intelligent speaker tracking, and animated captioning tools designed for content creators and marketing teams.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits & Billing
SnipViz AI operates on a minute-based credit system. Each credit minute allows processing of 1 minute of source video. Purchased credits do not expire on active paid plans. Subscription credits renew each billing cycle according to your plan.
5. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain 100% full copyright and ownership of all videos, audio files, and media uploaded to SnipViz AI. You grant SnipViz a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to process, render, and deliver your content as requested by you.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights, or contains malicious code, hate speech, or unlawful material. Automated scraping or reverse engineering of the AI pipeline is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive generation behavior, or attempt fraudulent chargebacks without prior notice.
