2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly to:
- Process and generate clips, transcripts, and animated subtitles.
- Manage your account credits, subscriptions, and billing transactions.
- Improve our proprietary SnipViz AI video models and user experience.
- Provide customer support and security alerts.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted infrastructure and payment partners:
- Processing Pipeline: Proprietary SnipViz AI engines hosted on secure private servers.
- Payment Gateways: Razorpay for INR payments and secure international card gateways. We never store raw credit card numbers.
- Storage: Enterprise encrypted cloud storage with automatic file expiration.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Uploaded raw source videos and temporary render artifacts are automatically purged from our servers within 24–48 hours after processing. You can permanently delete your rendered clips or entire account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing privacy@snipviz.ai.
5. Cookies & Authentication
We use secure, httpOnly session cookies exclusively for authentication and security. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third-party advertising data brokers.
6. Security
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption.
